VISA INVITATION LETTER:
The IEEE EMC Society is happy to provide a VISA Invitation Letter upon request. Registrants must be in a paid conference registration category (guests must be registered with a paid full conference registrant). The registration must be paid in full with a VALID credit card or check before a letter will be issued. Fulfillment may be delayed while validity of payment is confirmed. Letters are emailed or faxed at no charge. A $75 USD fee will apply to send the original letter via FedEx International. Please allow a minimum of 4 to 6 weeks for your government to process your visa.

IEEE members receive reduced rates at this symposium. EMC SOCIETY (EMC-S) MEMBERSHIP:
Non IEEE members: 5 day registration fee includes a FREE first year (for 2017) membership in the IEEE and EMC-S. Visit the EMC-S membership booth for details.
IEEE members who are not EMC-S members: 5 day registration fee includes a FREE first year (for 2017) membership in the EMC-S. Visit the EMC-S booth for details.
Your membership must be in good standing and paid in full for 2016 to obtain the reduced member rates. Have your member number and current member grade ready when registering.
EMC-S Retired or Unemployed: There is a special reduced registration for EMC Society members only, and is not available on site. Have your last place of employment and the date of retirement or unemployment ready when registering.
EMC-S Honored Member: This is a registration category for EMC Society Honored Award recipients only, who were presented with this award prior to this year’s symposium. No discount code is necessary to register.
You must be enrolled in a full time course of study at a college or university to register in any of the student categories. Have your college ID number, advisor’s name and email ready when registering. To keep costs down, please note that student registrations do NOT include tickets to the Gala event.
Symposium registration is required by at least one author, or the speaker, before the final paper submission deadline, 1 May 2016 4 May 2016. Failing to meet this requirement will result in the paper not being published or presented – no exceptions. Use your registration confirmation number for the final paper submittal. COMPANY GROUP RATE:
We have a special offer for companies who send 10 or more employees with 5-Day paid Attendee Registrations (not including Exhibitor or Booth Staff) to our EMC/SIPI Symposium. We will give each employee a special discounted rate of $575, which is 36% off the non-member rate, and nearly 10% off the member rate!

EXHIBIT HALL ONLY:
This is a registration category designed for the customers and clients of our exhibitors.
- If you are staffing an exhibit booth, you must register through the EXHIBITOR registration to obtain the appropriate ribbon recognition.
- If you have a companion wishing to visit the Exhibit Hall, please enter their name(s) on the appropriate lines within your own technical registration. They will automatically receive an Exhibit Hall badge.
The Exhibit Hall will be open 10am to 5pm on Tuesday, 9am to 5pm on Wednesday, and 9am to 12pm on Thursday.
Our Companions are family and friends of all ages who are accompanying a registered, technical attendee. You may sign up your companion for an Exhibit Hall badge within your own registration, or they may be registered separately for the Companion Club. We offer two types of badges:
- Companion Club (includes gift, Companion Suite with breakfasts, Welcome Reception ticket, and access to the Exhibit Hall). A fee applies.
- Basic Badge (for Exhibit Hall entrance and Youth Technical Program registration). No charge.
You can pay for Companion Club Registration along with your own registration, or via a separate credit card. If you need to pay for tours and social events separately, select "Check" as your payment method and then contact Registration Services at the number on your confirmation.

Advance registration rate cut-off date is midnight EDT on 27 June 2016.
Payment is due upon submittal of your registration. Payment can be made by:
- Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card.
- Check (in USD) made out to IEEE EMC 2016, and mailed within 2 weeks.
- Wire Transfer; a $25 USD fee must be added for all wire transfers.
- Invoice (Government Purchase Order)
Payments by credit card will be charged immediately upon submission of registration. Checks and Wire Transfers must be received within two weeks of the registration date.
For Registration and total order:
Notice of cancellation must be received in writing via email sent to EMC@iplanitmeetings.com. A $50 USD processing fee will be charged for registrations cancelled prior to 28 May 2016. For cancellations between 28 May and 27 June 2016, a 50% refund will be given. There will be no refunds after midnight EDT on 27 June 2016.
For Socials, Tours, and Extras, only:
Notice of cancellation of an individual “extra” item must be received in writing via email sent to EMC@iplanitmeetings.com, by 27 June 2016. There will be no refunds after midnight EDT on 27 June 2016.
The EMC2016 Symposium Committee reserves the right to cancel any tour that does not meet the minimum requirement. If a tour is cancelled, you will receive a full refund and will be contacted prior to the symposium.
